EmacsConf 2023 will also be an online conference, ensuring that you can be part of the experience even if you can't make it to Lucerne. The EmacsConf upstream team is fully committed to freedom and will continue to use an infrastructure and streaming setup that consists entirely of free software, just like in previous EmacsConf events.
