What 200ok does for Satcom

As Satcom was scaling their development team internationally, 200ok helped with that by establishing proven best practices in development and project management alike. We introduced Scrum and initially took over the role of Scrum Master until the whole team was settled in and productivity and morale improved rapidly and sustainably. After that, we resumed a more hands-off coaching position in which we continued to support with various tasks including business development, sales and contractual agreements.
